Terms of Service

Outfitto ("Outfitto", "we", "us") is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Anna Pavliuk, a sole proprietor registered in Ukraine (registered name: ФОП Павлюк Анна Вікторівна). These Terms govern your use of the Outfitto website and the Apparel Studio and Product Studio tools (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Outfitto lets you upload a photo of a garment or product and receive back an AI-generated image — on a synthetic AI model (Apparel Studio) or with a cleaned-up/AI-generated background (Product Studio). Results are produced by third-party AI models we integrate with (see Section 8) and are approximations, not exact reproductions — fit, color, and detail can vary from the source photo.

You need an account to use the Service, created via a one-time email sign-in link. Keep access to your email secure — it's the only credential tied to your account. You're responsible for activity under your account.

The Service runs on credits. New accounts receive 20 free credits. Paid plans are monthly subscriptions that include a set number of credits; each generation spends a fixed number of credits depending on the tool and mode used, shown before you generate.

If a generation fails for a technical reason (the AI model errors out), the credits you spent on it are refunded automatically. We don't currently offer refunds or free re-generation for results that complete successfully but don't match your expectations — see our Refund Policy for the full picture.

Subscriptions are billed and can be managed (including cancellation) through Creem, our payment processor and merchant of record. Creem, not Outfitto, is the seller for billing purposes; your receipt and payment method are handled entirely by them.

You agree not to use Outfitto to:

• Upload photos of real people without their consent, or content you don't have the rights to use (counterfeit products, someone else's copyrighted photography, etc.)
• Generate sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise unlawful content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service
• Resell or provide API-level access to the Service without our agreement

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice depending on severity.

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading, you grant Outfitto and its AI infrastructure providers a license to process that image for the sole purpose of generating your result. You're responsible for having the rights to upload and use any image you submit.

Subject to you having the rights to the source image and these Terms, you own the images Outfitto generates for you and may use them commercially (product listings, ads, social media). Because results are AI-generated, we can't guarantee a specific outcome, and results may occasionally contain artifacts or inaccuracies.

Outfitto is built on infrastructure we don't operate ourselves: fal.ai (AI image generation), Supabase (accounts, database, file storage), Creem (payments), and Vercel (hosting, privacy-friendly analytics). Using the Service means your data passes through these providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by Ukrainian law, Outfitto isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Meaningful changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page; continued use after a change means you accept the update.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes will be resolved under Ukrainian jurisdiction unless mandatory local consumer-protection law where you live gives you other rights.
